Korean cuisine makes use of many different fermented ingredients. This salted shrimp is one of them. Often used instead of salt to add flavour to dishes. Many Korean people who make their own kimchi use this in their kimchi paste.

This is a frozen item which should be placed in the refrigerator after you receive it. We do not ship this item to DHL ServicePoints as it will take longer than a day to arrive. The jar is made of plastic and will leak once sometimes defrosted.
