Shipping and returns
Shipping
We will always try to ship your order as fast as possible unless requested otherwise. Of course this also depends on the availability/stock of the products at our shop and for some products the availability of them in our main warehouse (with the exception of mistakes in the stock system). Products of which we only keep stock at the main warehouse (mainly products for food services) can take up to 3 days before we can ship them out. See below for the details of the different shipping methods. At the moment we can only ship frozen items within certain zipcode areas in Amsterdam.
Green Frozen Items Delivery Amsterdam
Our partner for green deliveries in Amsterdam is GreenDelivr. They can deliver all our products, including fresh and frozen items throughout the greater central area of Amsterdam (mostly within the A10 ring and including Amsterdam-Noord). They will deliver using small electric mini vehicles.
At the moment they will deliver for us on Wednesdays only and hopefully Saturdays soon. Orders placed before 10:00 on Wednesday can still be delivered the same day. GreenDelivr will pick up all the orders around 16:45 and directly deliver them to you after. The deliveries will take place between 17:00 and 21:00, please make sure someone will be home to receive the order. Free shipping will be offered for orders above €80,- Shipping costs (mostly more than the shipping amount charged at checkout) will be deducted from the refundable amount if an order is cancelled after it has been shipped.

DHL Parcel (within the Netherlands)
For shipments without frozen or refrigerated items DHL Parcel (not DHL Express) can be chosen as shipment method (Standard Delivery). DHL Parcel normally delivers between 09:00 and 18:00. When you are not home to accept the delivery they will attempt a second delivery the next working day or leave it at the nearest DHL Service Point where you will have 7 days time to pick it up. DHL Parcel delivers on all days except Sunday. We offer free shipping with DHL Parcel within the Netherlands for orders above €45,-. Deliveries to the Waddeneilanden will have a surcharge of €5,- (free above €80,-). If you choose delivery to ServicePoint, please note that a ServicePoint near you will be chosen automatically, which may or may not be the best option. If you want to change the pickup location, please wait until you receive email from DHL and then go through their channels to change the ServicePoint. Packages that were refused or not picked up from a ServicePoint will be returned to us and can be picked up at our warehouse. Shipping costs (mostly more than the shipping amount charged at checkout) will be deducted from the refundable amount if an order is cancelled after it has been shipped. For orders that are returned by DHL (either due to refusal or non-pickup at ServicePoint) return shipment costs are also calculated.

DHL Parcel (other countries)
For shipments without frozen or refrigerated items DHL Parcel (not DHL Express) can be chosen as shipment method ("Standard Delivery"). A remote area surcharge of €17,50 may be added to the shipment cost for certain remote destinations. DHL Parcel will not deliver to the door in some areas, your order will then be delivered to a ServicePoint for pick up.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with one of the products, you can always send it back to us (at your own expense) or return it to our shop, as long as the expiration date will permit this. Before returning goods, please notify us by email at service@dunyongonline.nl within 8 days of receiving your order. Frozen and fresh products have to be returned at the right temperatures (5°C for refrigerated and -18°C frozen products). When returning a complete order that had free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted prior to the refund. When returning the goods at one of our locations you can do so at the below addresses:
