White tea is made by picking the buds and leaves from the tea plant before they fully open. Because white tea it the least processed type, it often contains more anti-oxidant than other teas. Bai Mu Dan is the best, because that is the only one we sell. Ok, but seriously. White tea originates from 2 different areas of China, Yunnan and Fujian. Most white tea is currently produced in Fujian. The tea plants in Yunnan have a bit larger leaves than you will find in Fujian. The white tea from Yunnan will mostly have a deeper flavour. But more importantly is to find a good brand/producer of the tea, because even if one type is better than the other, if the production process was not up to par, the tea will not be as good.

The best Chinese webshop is the one that serves you best. Different people have different needs and different priorities. We are a small company with a real shop with real people working. Our packaging may not look as nice as some other shops, but that is because we try to re-use as much packaging material as possible (both the boxes as well as the filling) because that is better for the environment. Each Chinese webshop will also have a different selection of products or focus. So you should choose the one that fits you best.

Some tea are seen as beneficial to your health because they contain anti-oxidants (polyphenols/catechins) and l-theanine. Not real fish sauce is still made with fish, but not using only the good parts and additives can be added to speed up the process as making authentic fish sauce can take a long time due to the fermentation process. Now, you can also find vegan fish sauce, this type does not contain any fish of course. Some of the authentic fish sauces we sell are from Tiparos, Squid Brand and Megachef.
