Chee Seng is the No.1 company in producing sesame oil in Singapore. This oil is 100% pure and has a sesame aroma unlike some of the blended types of sesame oil. A dash of this sesame oil will add a nice nutty aroma to your dish. Add a few drops of sesame oil to your dumpling/gyoza dip, ramen soup, salad dressing or vegetables after stir-frying for a nice and fragrant aroma. Because this oil is not refined, it should not be used for stir-frying due to it's lower smoke point.
